These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Arizona, except where prohibited by law. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
